It has been decided in the company’s board meeting that an interim dividend of Rs 8 and a special dividend of Rs 67 per share will be given. Apart from this, the company has made a big announcement that in the coming financial year i.e. year 2023Will give jobs to more than 1.25 lakh people in 24. This is a big announcement regarding recruitment in the IT sector and it is expected to benefit the company.

Recently the number of TCS employees has decreased.

The software company’s employee strength has decreased by 2,197 in the October-December quarter to 6.13 lakh. Despite a decline in the total number of employees in the December 2022 quarter, TCS has said that it will employ more than 1.25 lakh people in the financial year 2023-24. In the financial year 2021-22, the company employed 1.03 lakh new people and despite the reduction of 2,197 people in the October-December quarter, TCS has so far recruited around 55,000 people purely in the financial year 2023.

What did the company’s CEO Rajesh Gopinathan say

The company’s Chief Executive Director and Managing Director Rajesh Gopinathan said yesterday, “If you look at our overall hiring trend, we are hiring almost at the same level.
